I was going to spend my holiday watching tv and playing restaurant city, you know, all the glamourous stuff, when I got interrupted by 88, who wanted me to "help" them fix this jumbo tumbo for Aegon. He has been stealing glances at it but no one bothered to fix it for him.
This was last year's Christmas present from Irene!

Ah mm and 88 were sitting with me in the room, poring over the thousands of parts and labels and catches when I simply said to them, "哎呀，你们出去啦！" And they laughed and one went to chop ingredients for the noodles while the other went to watch tv while waiting for the ingredients to be ready so she can take over the kitchen and fry our lunch.
After 研究-ing a while, I fixed the train set, without much trauma!!
See the front of the train? There's a "train engine" where I unscrewed the battery cover and inserted 3 AAA sized batteries to light up the train and "connect" it to the remote control (the blue thing at the top of the picture) so that it can run along the track! When you park the remote control in the "depot" and operate it from there, there's even chugging sound effects of the choo choo train!
This is the coal factory. So cool! See the little stickers all over the parts? So satisfying when I label them one by one! Pretty!
